How do I play?
Swipe anywhere on the screen. Every orb on the board slides in that direction at the same time and keeps going until it hits a wall, a stone or another orb. Get every orb into the slot of its own color at the same time to finish the level.
What do the ringed orbs do?
Ringed orbs are mirror orbs: they always slide in the opposite direction of your swipe. One swipe creates two opposite moves, so plan for both.
How do stars work?
Each level has a target: the fewest moves it can be solved in, calculated by a solver. Finish within the target for 3 stars, a few moves over for 2 stars, and with any other number of moves for 1 star.
How do I get more hints?
You start with 3 hints. You earn 1 more the first time you finish a level with 3 stars, and 1 more for completing each day’s daily puzzle.
What if I get stuck?
Undo and restart are unlimited and free. If you ask for a hint in a position that can no longer be solved, the level restarts and the hint shows you the first move.
Do the levels ever end?
No. Levels are generated endlessly and each one is checked by a solver, so every level can be solved. Every 20 levels a new world with its own colors begins, and new mechanics appear along the way.
What is the daily puzzle?
A new puzzle every day, the same for every player. Solve it on consecutive days to build your streak.
Why are there ads?
Ads help keep Mirrorb free to play. They are provided by Google AdMob.
How can I limit personalized ads?
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings in the app. On iPhone, you can also deny tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. On Android, you can delete your advertising ID in Settings › Privacy › Ads. You will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does my progress sync between devices?
No. Your progress is saved only on your device and is not backed up to our servers. Deleting the app deletes your progress.
Does Mirrorb need an internet connection?
No. You can play fully offline. Ads are only loaded while you are online.
How do I change the language?
Mirrorb follows your device language and supports 16 languages. To use a different language only for Mirrorb: on iPhone, go to Settings › Apps › Mirrorb › Language. On Android 13 or later, go to Settings › Apps › Mirrorb › Language.
Can I turn off music, sound or vibration?
Yes. Use the three buttons at the top of the main screen.
