These Terms govern your use of the Mirrorb mobile game (“the app”) and this website, provided by Furkan Kaya (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
Ownership
The app, including its code, levels, graphics, sounds, music and the Mirrorb name, belongs to Furkan Kaya and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app. Do not reverse engineer it, except where the law allows it. Do not interfere with ads, for example by generating fake impressions or clicks, and do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Advertising
The app is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products and services they promote. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
App store terms
If you got the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support. Any purchases are processed by the store under its own terms and refund policies.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the app or any of its features at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the app.
Your progress
Progress is stored only on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost when you delete the app or reset or replace your device.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Furkan Kaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Termination
Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
